Job summary

San Manuel in Irvine, CA seeks an Investment Operations Analyst to support the Sovereign Wealth Fund under the CIO. You will coordinate with the Fund custodian and Tribal Finance, handling documentation, reporting, and capital flows to continually support the Investment Board’s oversight.

You will perform reconciliations, assist in quarterly reporting, and help prepare reports while maintaining high accuracy and compliance with internal controls and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Minimum one year of experience assisting in the administration of an institutional investment portfolio.
• Ability to learn and efficiently use web-based custodial systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of investment flows and balances.
• Assist in quarterly performance reporting to the Investment Board.
• Facilitate setup and funding of new investments and coordinate documentation with managers and custodian.
• Coordinate funding and distributions from investment managers and internal approvals.
• Facilitate exit of investment managers and wind-down processes.
• Update and develop templates to improve processes.
