Job summary

First Foundation Advisors is seeking an energetic, highly motivated Wealth Management Portfolio Operations Manager for Irvine, CA. The role leads portfolio accounting operations and a project team implementing new technology, with oversight of reconciliations and reporting.

The position requires strong project management, 7–10 years in investment operations, and proficiency with financial software; solid communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in investment management operations.
• General knowledge of investment management and finance; familiarity with securities.
• Ability to design and implement project plans and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead PA on project conversions and new tech implementations affecting Portfolio Accounting.
• Collaborate with teams to define requirements, success criteria, and risks.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and ensure smooth workflows.
• Oversee PA workflows, reconciliations, pricing, and performance reporting.
• Mentor the PA team and train staff on new processes and tools.
• Ensure accuracy in daily reconciliations and risk reporting.
