Charles Schwab is seeking a Senior Manager of Investment Offer Strategy within the SIPSS organization in Chicago. You will own long-term offer strategy components, lead end-to-end strategic initiatives, and work across Retail, Advisor Services, Workplace, and Schwab Asset Management to shape product portfolio decisions.

You will analyze markets, competition, and client needs, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Strong strategy, communication, and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of total work experience.
• 3+ years of business strategy experience, ideally in management consulting or high-performing internal strategy team.
• Financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of wealth management market and investment products.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic initiatives across IOS product and platform portfolio, scoping key questions and driving to clear recommendations.
• Build business cases, market sizing, and financial models for new product and platform opportunities.
• Develop market and competitive insights and translate them into implications for Schwab’s offer strategy.
• Prepare executive-ready materials for IOS and SIPSS leadership and support leadership forums.
• Collaborate with Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance to move initiatives through governance.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to align on direction and next steps.
• Support the IOS annual strategic planning cycle and respond to senior leadership inquiries.
