Job summary

Charles Schwab seeks a Director, Alt Investments and Structured Products Offer Management within SIPSS to lead initiatives expanding third-party RIA custody and client offerings. You will define and deliver a strategic roadmap for alts and structured products, partner across Investor Services, Operations, Legal, and external managers, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

This role requires 10+ years in investment product or project management and 3+ years in strategy

Qualifications

• Experience leading and completing major initiatives in financial services - consulting, product management and/or internal strategy functions.
• Led or managed highly performing, multi-discipline teams to meet changing business challenges, developing a deep talent bench.
• Strong leadership, influencing and motivating skills; proven success in building credibility and relationships with peers and stakeholders at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact efforts to expand products and capabilities for third-party RIA custody and end clients via Advisor Services.
• Define and deliver the strategic roadmap to improve alts and structured products capabilities for advisors and clients.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure alignment and progress on priorities.
