Brown Advisory seeks an Investment Materials Analyst to support production and delivery of client-facing investment materials. You will collaborate with RBI, investment teams, Marketing, Compliance and external vendors to ensure accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes data analysis, quality control, project management and process improvement, with in-office work at the Baltimore, MD location. Recent graduates welcome and full training provided.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; prior full-time professional experience is not required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyze large data sets.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word with an interest in presentation design.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end production and updating of investment materials like factsheets and pitchbooks.
• Manage production timelines and trackers with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Verify data, ensure consistency with source files and regulatory disclosures.
• Coordinate compliance approvals and maintain records of material updates.
