Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and paralegal certificate required; will consider candidate with comparable relevant experience in lieu of a paralegal certificate.
• One to three years of paralegal experience in a transactional, corporate, finance, or related legal practice preferred/required.
• Experience or familiarity with investment management or private investment transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys on investment management and private investment transactions, including private fund formations and related corporate matters.
• Prepare and maintain corporate and transactional documentation and closing materials.
• Coordinate securities and regulatory filings and due diligence for investment transactions.
