Haynes and Boone in Dallas seeks an Investment Management Paralegal to support attorneys in business formations, contract matters, and the preparation of subscription documents, AML/KYC processes, investor intake and due diligence, and securities filings.

You will prepare Form D and state blue sky filings, assist in drafting investor materials, review contracts, and perform basic legal research while tracking time. Hybrid in-office four days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved paralegal certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deals simultaneously.
• Familiarity with administrative processes and time-tracking.

Aufgaben

• Assist in business formations and contract matters and prepare subscription documents, AML/KYC, investor intake and due diligence, and securities filings.
• Prepare Form D and state blue sky filings and related securities filings.
• Draft and gather information for investors and sponsors during investor intake and due diligence.
• Review, organize and manage business contracts and agreements such as partnership and operating agreements.
• Conduct basic legal research using reference materials and stay updated on investment management regulations.
• Track and record time billed on tasks, aiming to meet monthly goals after training.
