Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years paralegal experience in business matters.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business formations, contract matters, and subscription documents.
• Prepare Form D and state blue sky filings and related securities filings.
• Draft and gather information for investors and sponsors in due diligence.
• Review and organize contracts and agreements including AML/KYC.
• Conduct basic legal research and stay updated on investment management rules.
• Track time billed and meet monthly goals after initial training.
