Thrivent Financial in Arcadia, CA seeks an Associate to provide licensed financial and non-financial support to Financial Advisors and Thrivent members. You will focus on securities, investment advisory products, and life/health/annuities, helping craft plans and prepare proposals.

Responsibilities include processing applications, handling confidential communications, supporting seminars, and coordinating with advisers to serve members and their families with integrity and strong service

Qualifications

• Must be securities registered (Series 7 & 66) or equivalent.
• Must be appropriately licensed/appointed for life/health and variable products.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation and experience, 2+ years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle confidential member communications and respond professionally.
• Assist Financial Advisors with applications, proposals, and marketing efforts.
• Open and process securities trade orders from clients, including unsolicited orders.
• Explain insurance products and coverage, and advise on suitable financial solutions.
• Support client meetings and collaborate on product changes with Advisors.
