Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in investment management, wealth management, or financial services with leadership progression.
• Experience overseeing client proposals, portfolio analysis, or investment operations.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and work with senior leadership, advisors, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage a large team across Portfolio Strategists, Investment Implementation and Investment Operations functions.
• Refine the Portfolio Strategist coverage model and align with regional advisory leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end revenue enablement, proposals, and pricing.
• Manage initial trading and transition of client portfolios to Sequoia's strategies.
• Oversee ongoing portfolio management including trade execution and rebalancing.
• Maintain workflows, controls, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
