Job summary

SEI is seeking a Value Realization and Portfolio Operations Lead to build and own the operating system for SEI Next’s priorities, initiatives, outcomes, and business impact. You will drive KPI development, governance, and executive reporting, linking investments to measurable results while leading strategic initiatives and engagement programs.

The role requires 8+ years in strategy/operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Strategy, or related field.
• 8+ years in strategy, operations, program management, portfolio management, or related operating role.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, executive reporting, dashboards and performance measurement.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into execution and link initiatives to measurable results.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and own KPI architecture, reporting cadences, and value realization methodologies.
• Establish portfolio governance; track milestones, decisions, and outcomes.
• Develop executive dashboards providing real-time view of initiatives, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate internal engagement programs and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Lead strategic initiatives from intake through delivery with structure and accountability.
