Talent With Heart is seeking Investment Funds Associate Attorneys to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission, and 3–6 years in investment management and fund formation.

Background in PE, hedge, real estate and other funds with alternative strategies is a strong plus. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic legal solutions, interact with clients, and contribute to growing the funds practice in a

INTERNATIONAL AMLAW 50 FIRM has an immediate opening for Investment FundsAssociate Attorneys in their New Yorkoffice.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials (Top 20% of class).
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years of substantive experience ininvestment managementandfund formation.
• Background in private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and funds utilizing alternative investment strategies is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent private equity, hedge, private credit, real estate, hybrid, and other types of funds employing alternative investment strategies.
