• Assist with fund accounting activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Support quarterly and annual investor and fund reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax accountants and third parties.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and compliance teams.
• Serve as a point of contact for fund managers and investors.
• Build client relationships through responsive service.
• Coordinate investor onboarding and subscription documentation.
• Maintain organized fund and investor records; assist with capital formation.
• Review and process wire payments.
• Complete AML and KYC procedures.
