Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and operations of investment funds.
• Track investor capital contributions, disbursements, and cash activity.
• Maintain accurate investor, fund, and transaction records.
• Assist with fund accounting activities including reconciliations and general ledger review.
• Support quarterly and annual investor and fund reporting.
• Coordinate documentation with auditors, tax accountants, and other third parties.
• Serve as contact for fund managers and investors, providing timely updates and responses.
• Build strong client relationships through professional, proactive service.
