Baker Tilly is seeking an Investment Fund Accountant to join the Capital Formation team. The role supports fund administration, investor servicing, compliance, and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of professional experience and a basic working knowledge of GAAP, fund accounting, and financial statements. This position offers collaboration across finance, legal, and compliance, with opportunities to work with investors and fund managers

Formación

• A 4-year college degree is required.
• 1 year of professional experience in fund administration, fund accounting, financial services, investor relations, banking, accounting, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong Excel and general technology skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong client-service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day administration and operations of investment funds.
• Track investor capital contributions, disbursements, distributions, and cash activity.
• Maintain investor, fund, and transaction records with supporting documentation.
• Assist with fund accounting activities, including reconciliations and period reporting.
• Support quarterly and annual investor and fund reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax accountants, and other third parties.
• Work with finance, accounting, legal, and compliance teams on fund operations.
