Baker Tilly is growing and seeking an Investment Fund Accountant to support administration and operations of investment funds within the Capital Formation team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of professional experience, strong organizational skills, and knowledge of accounting and financial statements.

Responsibilities include fund accounting support, investor servicing, compliance, and reporting, with interaction across finance, accounting, legal, and compliance teams.

Qualifikationen

• 4-year degree is required.
• 1 year of professional experience is required.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day administration and operations of investment funds.
• Track investor capital contributions, fund disbursements, distributions, and cash activity.
• Maintain accurate investor, fund, and transaction records.
• Assist with fund accounting activities including reconciliations and reporting.
• Support quarterly and annual investor and fund reporting.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax accountants, and third parties.
• Interact with fund managers, investors, and internal teams to provide updates.
• Maintain fund and investor records and support ad hoc Capital Formation initiatives.
• Review wire payments and AML/KYC procedures.
