Qualifications

• Current Series 7 and 66 licenses required (or 63/65 in lieu).
• Minimum 1 year in investments industry and product knowledge.
• 1 year in financial services or sales with goals met.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate.
• Strong communication and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal partners.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals.
• Provide coaching to partners based on client needs.
