Job summary

Bank of America seeks an investment professional to provide comprehensive advice and customized financial solutions. You will triage leads, refer to partners, review goals, build financial plans, and recommend brokerage products. The role requires SAFE Act registration and ongoing licenses.

Responsibilities include planning client goals, recommending strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships in a fast-paced office environment with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Requires FINRA licenses: Series 7 and 66 (63/65 in lieu) with passing score within 60 days.
• Minimum 1 year in investments or financial services or a sales environment with goals met.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses and SAFE Act registrations.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and client-focused service.
• Ability to manage time, priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan client financial goals by building a financial plan and recommending brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned to client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal partners based on assets and needs.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals and existing centers.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and products.
