Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses. If missing 66 but has 63/65, offer contingent on passing 66 within 60 days.
• Minimum 1 year experience in investments industry and financial services.
• Experience in sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Strong relationship building and collaborative skills.
• Effective communication and time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Compliance and regulatory due diligence knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products and banking solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers.
• Mitigate and manage risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or centers of influence.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and products.
