Qualifications

• Licenses: Series 7 & 66 (63/65 in lieu) and passing score within 60 days.
• At least 1 year in investments industry with product knowledge.
• At least 1 year in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
• Sets and accomplishes goals and builds strong relationships.
• Collaborates effectively with others to get things done.
• Communicates effectively and confidently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned to client goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and assets.
• Mitigate and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
