Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required; 63/65 acceptable with plan to obtain missing license within 60 days.
• At least 1 year experience in investments and financial services; sales experience with goals.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with regulatory due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommends banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on client needs and assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies and engages potential new clients through referrals or existing clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
