Job summary

Qualifications

• Licenses: Series 7 and 66 required; 63/65 acceptable with plan to pass missing series within 60 days.
• 1 year experience in investments/financial services or sales with goals met.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with regulatory diligence.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals with brokerage products.
• Review financial and investment goals with clients.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs.
• Mitigate and control risk in daily activities.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center of influence.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs.
