Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is hiring an Investment Advisor to help clients achieve financial goals through customized plans and brokerage products. You will meet with clients, review goals, and refer to internal experts as needed.

The role requires Series 7 & 66 (or 63/65 with contingency), at least 1 year in investments or financial services, and a strong focus on relationship-building, communication, and regulatory due diligence in a fast-paced office setting in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses. If you have 63 or 65, offer contingent on passing missing series within 60 days.
• Has at least one year experience in the investments industry and knowledge of investment products.
• At least one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met/exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify and engage new clients through referrals or client base.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product options.
