Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Technical Business Analyst, Investment Systems to modernize investment data and reporting ecosystems. The role partners with Investment Management, Pension, Accounting, Operations, and Tech teams to document processes and improve data flows, with migration of the data warehouse to Google Cloud Platform.

The position blends business analysis, data management, cloud transformation, and emerging AI capabilities in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data warehousing, reporting, analytics, or related disciplines.
• SQL skills with experience analyzing complex queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, data governance, and data quality practices.
• Strong communication and ability to work with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and tech stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, processes, and data flows.
• Document and validate business rules, calculations, reporting logic, and system dependencies across investment platforms.
• Create and maintain process docs, data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, and data lineage artifacts.
• Support data warehouse modernization, including migration to Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality, governance, metadata, and reporting capabilities.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, testing, and data validation activities.
• Help establish the foundation for advanced analytics and AI-enabled data solutions.
