Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Data and Analytics Engineering Lead to design, build, and deploy enterprise-scale Analytics solutions across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure analytic environments and ensure data governance aligns with business needs.

You will lead BI architecture, data modeling, DAX calculations, and Power BI integration with Azure Data Lake, Databricks, and other platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in the reinsurance domain and reporting needs.
• 10+ years in data analytics with advanced capabilities.
• Proven expertise in enterprise Power BI solutions and data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of Azure-based data platforms and integration with Power BI.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise BI architecture and dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions with governance.
• Provide subject matter expertise in the Reinsurance analytics domain.
• Architect and oversee Power BI integration with Azure and Databricks sources.
• Define analytic solutions leveraging Databricks, DBT and Power BI.
• Develop standards, governance, and best practices for reports and dashboards.
• Support deployment of Power BI in enterprise environments with security roles.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize data processing.
• Improve Power BI performance through modeling, queries, and visuals.
• Produce design documentation and deployment/user guides.
