Job summary

Great Gray Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to join the Investment team in a hybrid role. You will support portfolio construction, manager research, and client-facing content, with a strong emphasis on advanced Excel and private markets knowledge.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in investment management, CFA designation, and a track record of delivering clear, detailed analyses. This position offers a base pay range of $100,000–$130,000 with annual incentive bonus eligibility

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in investment management, consulting, or financial services.
• Advanced Excel skills with linked formulas, scenario analysis, and multi-asset allocation logic.
• CFA designation and related financial analysis expertise.
• Experience with private markets or related coursework.

Responsibilities

• Lead building and maintaining complex Excel models for portfolio construction and rebalancing.
• Conduct manager research and due diligence across public and private market strategies.
• Oversee investment commentary, asset class research, and client-facing content.
• Support responses to investment inquiries from advisors and institutional partners.
• Assist with discretionary portfolio oversight and trade coordination.
