Nationwide is seeking an Associate Counsel to join the Investments Legal Practice Group within the Office of the Chief Legal Officer. You will support the Department of Investments, structuring private investments, funds, co-investments, and secondary transactions, and draft/subscription agreements to align with regulatory obligations.

The role requires a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, admission in good standing, and typically up to four years of related experience.

• Ability to provide sound legal counsel to business partners.

Responsabilidades

• Assist structuring and executing private investments, funds, co-investments, and secondaries.
• Draft, review, negotiate subscription agreements and other documents.
• Analyze materials and identify legal and business risks.
• Provide regulatory guidance under federal/state securities laws and insurance rules.
• Monitor evolving laws affecting investments and advise on impact.
