Investment Compliance Reporting Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates for an Investment Compliance Reporting Analyst at a global asset management co. located in Downtown Boston, MA, 02110.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of fund operations, fund accounting or fund compliance experience. Exposure to equities, fixed income and derivatives is required.

This is a temporary role (6-12 months) and will pay between $32.00-$42.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.

3 days on-site per week.

Starts September 28th, 2026.

• Assist in monitoring client guidelines and client reporting shareholder disclosures.
• Update compliance systems.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly compliance reports.
• Assist with the updating and reviewing of all compliance testing for any changes to current investment objectives and policies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required
• 1-2 years of fund operations, fund accounting or fund compliance experience
• Exposure to equities, fixed income and derivatives is required
• Must be thorough, detail-oriented, persistent, self-motivated, and able to function with a high degree of independence and accuracy.
• Must be able to work on multiple projects while meeting competing deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with employees and outside parties at all organizational levels.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
