Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Compliance and Management Analyst to join our Investment Operations team in Boston. You will code restrictions into thinkFolio and CRD, lead post-trade monitoring for U.S. clients, and partner with fund managers to implement new mandates.

Expect playbooks for guideline projects and collaboration with Pune offshore resources. The role requires a finance/economics background, CRM/AMS experience, and strong Excel/SQL skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years experience in a guideline-related function, ideally with Charles River (CRD) or a similar OMS.
• Strong grasp of fixed income/municipal securities (required).
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SQL a plus.
• A proactive mindset for reducing operational risk and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Code pre/post-trade investment restrictions into thinkFolio and Charles River (CRD).
• Lead post-trade monitoring for U.S. clients and support fund managers on incident resolution.
• Partner with Fund Managers and Client Directors to interpret and implement new mandates/amendments.
• Drive guideline-related projects and process improvements, including support for our Pune offshore team.
• Complete monthly/quarterly compliance attestations and respond to client guideline queries.
