Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Currently working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers via telephone, email, internal or third-party tools, or chat to handle post-sales and implementation service functions.
• Processing customer requests and preparing documentation or tickets related to servicing inquiries.
• Reconciling transactions and holdings of investment portfolios using data from external portfolio data providers to provide timely and accurate daily reporting.
• Validating investment data against third-party market data sources.
• Recording and reporting the status of daily and monthly operational delivery.
• Classifying and documenting work done to ensure service information is accessible.
• Handling requests for additional company materials.
• Maintaining knowledge of product enhancements and changes in the investment accounting industry.
• Engaging with customers, website users, client training, and gathering product feedback to enhance the customer experience.
