Job summary

Clearwater is seeking a candidate for a Client Services role focused on post-sales support, data validation, and reporting. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, and prepare documentation for servicing inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Handling requests for additional company materials.
• Maintaining knowledge of product enhancements and changes in the investment accounting industry.
• Engaging with customers, website users, client training, and gathering product feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Training & Development

• Learning to use professional concepts and resources within the Client Services department to problem-solve, leveraging Clearwater Way methodologies and the Client Engagement Model.
• Completing initial new hire certification and progressing through intermediate level curriculum.
• Developing technical competencies including Excel, Salesforce workflow, investment accounting basics, finance concepts, and asset class knowledge.
• Gaining functional competency in client-specific processes, internal knowledge, and Clearwater tools.
• Improving proficiency with Clearwater website features such as statements, dashboards, report manager, formulas, and advanced filtering.
• Building efficiency by completing assigned work accurately and managing workflow based on productivity and quality metrics.
• Developing internal and external communication skills with mentor support.
• Operating with some assistance to support servicing of core market queries and independently answering low to medium complexity client queries.
• Applying company policies and procedures to resolve issues and navigating knowledge bases effectively.
