Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking a Client Servicing Intern to support daily, monthly, and quarterly operational delivery. You will interact with customers by phone, email, or chat, process requests, and prepare documentation related to servicing inquiries.

The role includes reconciling investment portfolios, validating data against third-party sources, and reporting daily status. You will learn Clearwater Way methodologies and gain exposure to accounting, finance, and client services.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via phone, email, tooling, or chat for post-sales and implementation services.
• Process customer requests and prepare documentation/tickets.
• Reconcile transactions and holdings of investment portfolios using external data providers.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data sources.
• Record and report the status of daily and monthly operational delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of product enhancements and the investments accounting industry.
