Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or a similar role.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and communicate data-informed insights and options.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery) and working with senior stakeholders; able to operate with appropriate guidance.
• Advanced written and verbal communication; ability to produce clear, executive-ready materials and build relationships across functions.
• Highly organized self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail; able to prioritize, manage multiple workstreams, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (including building polished analyses and presentations).
• Interest in building investment banking product and sector knowledge over time.

Responsibilities

• Support business management planning by translating leadership priorities into draft plans, timelines, and budget inputs; track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate client agenda by maintaining cadence for account plan updates and client reviews; compile coverage inputs, relationship status updates, revenue notes, prioritization lists, and performance metrics.
• Help define and maintain management KPIs and senior leadership metrics by producing recurring reporting and summarizing insights for executives.
• Prepare and refine materials for business reviews and governance (e.g., decision memos, narratives, performance readouts) with accurate inputs and version control.
• Develop product and business knowledge to analyze datasets, identify trends, and surface observations; propose takeaways for stakeholder discussion.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with product, technology, risk, legal, and finance by coordinating meetings and tracking deliverables.
• Assist as a liaison for technology initiatives by capturing requirements, organizing backlogs, and communicating updates to ensure outcomes.
• Contribute to reporting modernization by identifying manual steps, documenting current-state processes, and defining dashboards.
• Manage day-to-day execution for executive requests by triaging asks and preparing draft responses; escalate risks early.
• Support operating cadences and stakeholder management by building agendas, pre-reads, minutes, and trackers for transparency.
