Qualifications

• 3+ years in Business Management/COO, Investment Banking, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, or similar role.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and communicate data-informed insights and options.
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and working with senior stakeholders; operate with appropriate guidance.
• Advanced written and verbal communication; produce executive-ready materials and build relationships across functions.
• Highly organized self-starter who balances big-picture thinking with attention to detail; manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (polished analyses and presentations).
• Interest in building investment banking product and sector knowledge over time.

Responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into draft sequenced plans, timelines, and budget inputs; track progress against milestones.
• Coordinate the client agenda by maintaining cadence for account plan updates and client reviews; compile inputs and performance metrics.
• Define and maintain management KPIs and senior leadership metrics by producing recurring reporting and summarizing insights.
• Prepare and refine materials for business reviews and governance with accurate content and version control.
• Develop product and business knowledge to analyze datasets, identify trends, and surface takeaways for discussion.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by coordinating meetings, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-ups to keep workstreams on plan.
• Capture requirements for technology initiatives, organize enhancement backlogs, and communicate updates.
• Contribute to reporting modernization and process automation by identifying manual steps and standardizing metrics.
• Manage day-to-day execution for executive requests with timely responses and follow-ups.
• Support operating cadences by building agendas and maintaining trackers.
