Job summary

Prospect Rock Partners is seeking an Associate 2 level banker to join its Business & Tech-Enabled Services team in San Francisco. The role involves working on focused deal teams with direct client exposure and meaningful transaction responsibility from day one across Business & Tech-Enabled Services sectors.

The ideal candidate has an investment banking background with B&TES M&A experience and strong financial modeling/valuation skills, plus FINRA licenses.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Investment banking background with Business & Tech-Enabled Services M&A experience preferred (closed deals a plus).
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation analysis in Excel.
• FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 63, Series 79) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of M&A advisory transactions and debt raisings.
• Prepare and review confidential information memoranda, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Develop comprehensive financial analyses and valuation models.

Our client, a leading international investment bank, is seeking an Associate 2 level banker to join their Business & Tech-Enabled Services team in San Francisco. This established global firm operates across 24 locations throughout Asia, Europe, and the US, with over 750 professionals delivering tailored, independent advice across M&A, debt raisings and restructurings, private capital markets, and secondary advisory.

Their global Business & Tech-Enabled Services team operates across numerous industry segments, offering comprehensive sector coverage and insights alongside serving the M&A and capital raising needs of their clients.

As an Associate, you will work on focused deal teams with direct client exposure and meaningful transaction responsibility from day one across diverse Business & Tech-Enabled Services verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of M&A advisory transactions and debt raisings
• Prepare and review confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
• Develop comprehensive financial analyses and valuation models
• Conduct sector-specific and company due diligence
• Build relationships with senior bankers, corporate clients, private equity firms, and strategic investors
• Mentor and train Analyst team members

Required Qualifications
