Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join the Investment Banking team, handling sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, direct investments and co-investments, capital-raising, and strategic evaluations.

The Associate will work across the full deal lifecycle with high client exposure, senior-team interaction, and opportunities to participate in deal execution and talent development within a rapidly growing platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an investment banking Analyst or Associate.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and financial databases (FactSet, PitchBook, Refinitiv).

Responsibilities

• Performing financial analysis and financial modeling, utilizing various valuation techniques
• Drafting of materials for client meetings
• Preparation of memoranda for internal and external use
• Conducting financial and other business-related research
• Coordinating complex and often time-sensitive processes
• Active involvement in client-facing situations
• Deal execution logistics
• Participation in talent development efforts, including recruiting and training
