Job summary

Rockefeller Capital Management seeks an Investment Product Management Associate to support the development, management, and evolution of our proprietary product platform across the US and Europe.

This role sits at the intersection of investments, distribution, operations, and client delivery, partnering with Distribution, Investor Services, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Portfolio Management, Trading, Performance & Risk, and external service providers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of asset management or investment management product management experience required.
• Experience supporting traditional and alternative investment products across US and European markets.
• Process-oriented with proven project leadership in a team environment.
• Experience with investment product activities across mutual funds, ETFs, UCITS, hedge funds.
• Experience with intermediaries and third-party fund platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product development from origination to launch, including approvals, regulatory readiness and documentation.
• Manage post-launch product activities, implement enhancements, and coordinate subscriptions/redemptions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain RGIM product knowledge across channels.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, fund administrators, and distribution platforms.
• Monitor US and Europe product variables, including structures, regulations, pricing, and distribution channels.
