Pairs is a global network connecting family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels to vetted startup opportunities. The role focuses on researching and qualifying investor lists and coordinating meetings with founders.

This fully remote, asynchronous position offers a base salary plus commission, live mandates, and room to grow, with direct access to the co-founders as you build high-quality investor conversations.

• You have worked in investment banking, M&A, or corporate finance.
• You know how to turn a long list into a qualified one and get replies.
