Job summary

Oaklands Global Financial Services Recruitment is partnering with a leading investment bank to strengthen its Consumer team at Analyst, Associate, and Vice President levels in New York City. You will advise on mergers, capital raises, and strategic transactions within the consumer sector, building complex financial models and client materials.

You will support live deal execution from pitch to close while developing deep sector knowledge and trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven investment banking experience at Analyst, Associate, or VP level.
• Exposure to M&A, ECM/DCM, or broader corporate finance transactions.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Genuine interest in the consumer sector and its evolving trends.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
