About the role:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Investment Banking Analyst with 2–3 years of experience supporting M&A or capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote role, open to candidates based in the United States.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior bankers on live M&A and capital markets transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, debt and equity raises
• Prepare financial models, valuations, and pitch materials for client presentations
• Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and business development efforts
• Build and maintain transaction documents, including CIMs, teasers, management presentations, and due diligence materials
• Participate in client calls and meetings, assisting with project management and transaction execution

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or a related financial advisory role
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently on multiple transactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
