We are working with a top-tier Investment Banking team looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their growing M&A team in either Los Angeles, CA, or Nashville, TN. You will have the opportunity to support the end-to-end deal execution process, gain extensive M&A experience, and acquire direct client-facing experience with a lean deal team.

Title: Investment Banking Analyst

Company Summary:

We are working with a top-tier Investment Banking team seeking an Investment Banking Analyst for their M&A team in Los Angeles, CA, or Nashville, TN. This role offers the chance to support deal execution, gain M&A expertise, and work directly with clients in a lean team environment.

Responsibilities of the Investment Banking Analyst include:

1. Preparing and delivering presentations during the deal execution process.
2. Coordinating internal and external resources during the due diligence phase of M&A transactions.
3. Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions, primarily on the buy-side.
4. Conducting industry, market, and company-specific research.
5. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Qualifications for the Investment Banking Analyst:
