They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Analyst to join their dynamic team. Candidates must have 6 months to 1 year of previous investment banking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction structuring and valuation.
- Prepare pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings.
- Assist in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial advisory services.
- Perform industry and company research to identify potential investment opportunities.
