Quazar Capital is hiring a full-time Investment Banking Analyst to start in October/November 2026 in Minneapolis. You will execute M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements for founder- and family-owned businesses across multiple industries in a boutique, entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities include market research, financial modeling, and client deliverables. Requires a Finance or Accounting degree, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

As an Investment Banking Analyst at Quazar, you will play a critical role in the execution of M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements for founder- and family-owned businesses across a variety of industries. This is a high-impact, hands-on position designed to build your financial, analytical, and client service skills in a boutique, entrepreneurial setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market, industry, and buyer research to support engagements and business development.
• Track and analyze M&A trends for client communications and marketing.
• Prepare financial models, forecasts, valuations, and transaction scenarios.
• Assist in developing business plans, budgets, and strategic analyses.

• Base salary is dependent on qualifications and may exceed $75,000/year
