Role

The Investment Associate role is on the sourcing team at BDev Ventures, responsible for sourcing great startups, presenting deal opportunities to leadership, and facilitating the beginning of a possible investment. BDev Ventures was founded by the same visionary team behind BairesDev, the world\'s fastest-growing technology solutions company and the largest 100% bootstrapped IT services company in history. BDev Ventures\' mission is to support high-growth-potential B2B startups to become world-class organizations.

What you will do

• Source great startups that fit our investment criteria.
• Develop initial relationships with startups and work together with leadership to pursue potential investment opportunities.
• Represent BDev Ventures in the startup ecosystem, building relationships and promoting our brand.
• Use outstanding communication skills to present to and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with financial data.

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
