The role focuses on researching opportunities, building financial models, and performing rigorous due diligence on potential investments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Experience with real estate, digital infrastructure, TMT, power, or renewables required.
• Exceptional financial modeling skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.

It is backed by an affiliated operating platform and led by a team with deep experience building and running data center businesses. They are looking to grow their investment team due to their strong deal pipeline and substantial dry powder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research investment opportunities
• Build and develop financial models
• Conduct detailed business and financial due diligence
• Manage third party vendors
• Assist in monitoring and managing existing investments
• Perform comparative company and asset valuation analysis

Required Experience:

• 2-4 years' experience in Investment Banking or Private Equity
