Wintermeyer Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm based in San Francisco, seeks an Investment Associate to work with partners across the investment lifecycle and directly with exceptional founders. You will identify opportunities, support portfolio companies, and help close deals with large organizations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier venture capital firm, high-growth startup, bulge bracket or elite boutique investment bank, or leading management consulting firm.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to perform deep technical and market due diligence.
• Degree from a highly ranked university.
• Proven world-class achievement in at least one domain (e.g., competitive programming, entrepreneurship, music, gaming, or writing).
• Direct experience working with or supporting company founders.
• A strong personal network of founders or technical talent.
• Humble, hungry, and fiercely competitive mindset with genuine enthusiasm for supporting founders at every level.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
