Long 100 Capital is a growth-stage venture fund focused on the "Physical AI" economy, investing in late-stage companies in Unmanned Systems (UxV), space technology, supply chain for UxV and robotics, and industrial and service robotics.

Role Summary

The firm is hiring an Investment Associate for a full-time, on-site position based in Cedar Park, TX. The individual in this role will source and evaluate late-stage investment opportunities across UxV, SpaceTech, supply chain, and robotics, including building and maintaining deal pipelines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Performing detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses, preparing investment memos and presentations, and conducting market, competitive, and technical research.
• Supporting comprehensive due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in portfolio monitoring, including performance tracking and reporting.
• Contributing to investment theses, participating in management meetings, and helping refine the firm's sector insights and strategy.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong finance and investment skills, with a solid understanding of venture capital, growth equity, and capital markets, along with robust financial modeling skills including complex models, scenario analyses, and valuation frameworks. Advanced analytical and due diligence capabilities are required, including market research, competitive analysis, and risk assessment. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field is expected; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are beneficial. Experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or strategic finance is preferred, ideally with exposure to deep tech or industrial technology sectors. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment. US Citizenship is required for this role.
