Omnicom Media seeks an Assistant Associate, Investment to support the Programmatic/D(OOH) Investment team in preparing, maintaining, tracking and stewarding clients’ media buys. You will develop knowledge of trade media and manage data across internal systems and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with media planning tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of trade media and Programmatic/D/OOH landscape.
• Track and maintain media partnerships using Excel and internal databases.
• Input data and coordinate with Prisma/vendors for reporting.
• Reconcile monthly billing processes.
• Support Investment team members with projects.
• Suggest ways to improve data management and departmental efficiency.
