Job summary

OMnet, within the Omnicom Media Group family, is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to manage stewardship, execution, and support for a portfolio of clients. You will lead media plan development and negotiations across linear and digital channels while mentoring 1–2 junior staff.

You’ll work with internal teams and external partners, guiding performance reporting, billing reconciliation, and strategic decision‑making to maximize client value. New York‑based, on‑site role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
• 1–2+ years in a media agency or media sales role.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Prisma, National Buy Toolkit or Print Buy Toolkit.
• Strong knowledge of media math formulas and concepts.
• Understanding of revenue and profit concepts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Team-oriented with strong listening and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee media campaign stewardship across a client roster.
• Lead media plan development, research, and strategy for assigned clients.
• Track revenue generation and negotiate media buys.
• Train and coach team members to deliver high‑quality outputs.
