• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of trade media with managers and specialists
• Track and maintain media partnerships using Excel and internal databases
• Input data into necessary spreadsheets and Prisma
• Contact vendors to receive reporting and discuss issues
• Reconcile monthly billing
• Support Investment team with projects
• Recommend improvements for information management and department growth
